North Norwegian Art Centre invites artists to apply for participation in Nordnorsken 2027. The application portal is now open, and the application deadline is 15 September 2026.

Nordnorsken is one of Northern Norway’s most traditional exhibitions for contemporary art, presenting a broad selection of artists with a connection to Northern Norway and Svalbard. The exhibition opens at Nordnorsk kunstnersenter in Svolvær before touring to several venues across the region.

Applications must be submitted digitally through NNKS’ application portal. Before submitting, all applicants are asked to read the application regulations and guidelines carefully. These include information about eligibility, documentation requirements, anonymity, image and video material, and practical details related to the application process.
