What does Lofoten look like through your eyes, or through your family’s memories?

Bring a photograph, postcard, letter or keepsake from your personal archive and use it as a starting point to explore a place in Lofoten that holds meaning for you. It might be somewhere associated with people you love, a particular landscape, plant or animal, or a place that is important to your culture.

Using cyanotype and anthotype prints from the previous workshop, we will create a collective zine through collage, map-making, writing and simple embroidery. Trace your chosen place onto prints made with plants gathered from the surrounding landscape, then stitch the map and its key using wool dyed with local plants.

Nothing to bring? A printer will be available, and you can also draw, paint, write and make collages using the materials provided.
